About Petrochem Bukhara Refinery
The company “Petrochem Bukhara” LLC was established in 2019 and registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2024, it was transformed into a joint venture with the participation of the Chinese company “Guangzhou FES investment co., Ltd” in the amount of 25% in the authorized capital.
The remaining share in the amount of 75% belongs to Oripov Mukhriddin Mekhriddinovich (Uzbekistan);

HISTORY OF PETROCHEM BUKHARA
- The company processes hydrocarbon raw materials and petrochemical waste, producing petroleum products.
- Collaborating with specialists from JV “Petromaruz Uzbekistan” and the Bukhara Oil Refinery, they achieved the first-ever production of motor gasoline from pyrolysis distillate in the republic.
- Key assets include an 8,000-cubic-meter oil depot, a mini oil refinery with a total annual capacity of 190,000 tons, and 50 specialized tank trucks for transporting liquid petroleum products and liquefied gas.
- The company also maintains an accredited laboratory.
- It has created 95 jobs.
- Between 2019 and 2023, the company contributed over 80 billion soums in taxes to the budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Currently, in collaboration with foreign companies, they are constructing a hydrogen plant and a gas condensate hydrotreatment plant with a capacity of 160,000 tons per year.
